Looking back at the goals I set, I’m pretty happy with the progress I’ve made.
I’m going to start building mileage at the end of this month, but I’m happy that 4 miles now seems easy. It’s hard to believe that in December 3 miles was hard to get through, and now going out to run 4 seems like a normal thing to do. I’m excited for the next challenge and continuing to work toward my Pittsburgh Marathon 2016 goal.
Run 3x in a week for 3 weeks
When I set this goal, I knew it was going to be difficult to achieve. But I kept at it anyway. I’m proud of report that I kept with it, despite the distraction of a holiday weekend and the task of painting a bedroom. This one can be checked off the list!
